SCMS ATLANTA March 2016

True to it's reputation, the annual conference of the US Society for Cinema and Media Studies provides a fantastic networking opportunity for cinema scholars around the world.  One of the subjects raised at the meeting of the Media Industries SIG was the significant impediments to grounded industry research. Through the establishment of a pluri-disciplinary research network involving practitioners and scholars, we aim to improve this situation.
